Earn your invite to the 2026 OSG World Finals
The 2026 OSG World Final online qualifier
July 1st - August 31st
We will be inviting the TOP 10 from each division to the 2026 OSG World Final.
Video submissions will STOP on August 31st.
You DO NOT need to weigh in during the videos.
You will choose your division in your profile.(For example: If you walk around at 242lbs / 110kg but compete at 231lbs / 105kg, you would choose 105kg as your division.)
Competition videos are NOT accepted. You must do the lift and film it as required.
Videos will be reviewed, and rules will be strictly enforced. Your video may be rejected. Do not wait until last minute to upload.

The Events
MAX Axle Clean & Press
Athletes will perform an axle clean and press one time for maximum weight within 60 seconds.
Video Requirements:
Video must be one continuous shot.
Your video must begin with you stating or showing that this video submission is for the 2026 OSG World Finals Online Qualifier or 2026 Official Strongman Games Online Qualifier. If this is not included, we will assume this video is a past submission and your video will be rejected.
Immediately before or after the press is performed, the weight must be confirmed on camera.
Option 1 - The camera must zoom in close to the weights on the axle to confirm the weight being lifted. This will require removing the weights individually to ensure the camera can confirm weights.
Option 2 - The entire axle, with weights on, may be weighed and the result shown on camera.
The axle must be weighed on video to confirm weight.
Rules:
The rep must be cleaned from the ground or pads below the knees.
For the lift to count, feet must be in line with each other, and head must be in line with the arms. Elbow, knees, and hips must be locked out and stable.
Lockout must be held in control for a moment. This is a one rep max; there is no need for a fast down call, any extremely quick drops at lockout will be assumed to be out of control and the video may be rejected.
Axle can be any type or brand.
All supportive gear is allowed.
Press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk allowed.
Implement cannot touch your head at any point.
Your score is the weight of the axle in LBS or KG.
3 Rep Max Axle Deadlift
Athletes will perform a conventional deadlift with an axle 3 times for maximum weight within 60 seconds.
Video Requirements:
Video must be one continuous shot.
Your video must begin with you stating or showing that this video submission is for the 2026 OSG World Finals Online Qualifier or 2026 Official Strongman Games Online Qualifier. If this is not included, we will assume this video is a past submission and your video will be rejected.

Touch and go reps are NOT allowed. You will need to have a slight pause or elbow bend at the bottom of each rep.
Deadlift height must be from standard size weight plates and from the ground without pads.
For the lift to count, athlete must demonstrate full lockout with their hips and knees locked out, and their shoulders neutral.
All supportive gear is allowed. (Including deadlift suits)
Straps and chalk are allowed.
Dropping the bar from the top at lockout is NOT allowed. (You must have control on the way down. Your knees and hips must release before your hands.)
Sumo is NOT allowed. (Hands must be wider than knees)
Your score is the weight of a single deadlift in LBS or KG.
Sandbag Load Over Bar for Reps
Athletes will pick up from the ground and load a Sandbag over a bar back and forth for as many reps as possible within 60 seconds.
Video Requirements:
Video must be one continuous shot.
Your video must begin with you stating or showing that this video submission is for the 2026 OSG World Finals Online Qualifier or 2026 Official Strongman Games Online Qualifier. If this is not included, we will assume this video is a past submission and your video will be rejected.
Immediately before or after the lift is performed, the sandbag weight and bar height must be confirmed on camera.
The sandbag must be weighed on video to confirm weight.
The bar height must be measured on video to confirm height.
Rules:
Bar height must be within 1inch/2.5cm of the following heights for your gender:
Men = 48in/122cm
Women = 42in/107cm
Sandbag weight must be within 5lb/2.27kg of the following weights for your division:
308.5lb/140kg Sandbag
Mens - Open
Mens - 120kg
264.5lb/120kg Sandbag
Mens - 105kg
Mens Masters 40+
Mens - 90kg
220.5lb/100kg Sandbag
Mens - 80kg
Mens Masters 40+ 105kg
Mens Masters 50+
176.5lb/80kg Sandbag
Womens - Open
Womens - 82kg

Womens Masters 50+
Sandbag must be a standard cylinder shape and style.
Sandbag must start from the ground.
All supportive gear is allowed.
Reps are counted when the sandbag hits the ground.
Reps completed outside of the 60 second time limit are not counted.
The athlete must start with hands touching the bar.
Your score is the number or reps completed within 60 seconds.
How to submit your videos
Step 1:
Create an account or login to your existing account.
Note: There is a cost to the membership at www.OfficialStrongman.com.
Step 2:
Go to the Profile page in the top navigation.
Step 3:
Update your profile to include:
Age
Bodyweight
Country
Gender
NOTE: You won’t appear on the leaderboard without this information.
Steps 4 - 6:
Locate the EVENT section on the right.
For each event listed, click on the NOT ENTERED button.
A window will appear, choose your file and upload your video.
Type in the weight lifted in kilograms or pounds based on your account preferences.
Step 7:
Go to the Ranking page.
Confirm you show up on the rankings page.
Confirm your videos load correctly.
